Faith Formation Registration 2021-22
Dates for registrations: August 15-22-29 and September 5
from 9:45 to 10:45 am and 11:15 to 1:00 pm
Registration will be in the school.
If your child has not been baptized at St Therese, please
bring your child’s baptism certificate.
Fees: $35 per child, please bring cash or a check
Note that First Communion 1 and 2 will be online,
with one in-person class every month. We will have a training session for
parents and students.
ALL CHILDREN MUST BE REGISTERED BEFORE THE FIRST DAY OF
CLASS : SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 12
